Clive Curry BVSc MRCVS

Mr Curry has been a veterinary surgeon for over 20 years, he qualified from Liverpool university. Clive attends regular courses to update his knowledge on current techniques and medicines.

Victoria Poole BA VetMB MRCVS

Vicky qualified from Cambridge University in June 2007, and started working with us shortly after graduating as a veterinary surgeon. Her particular interests are canine orthopaedics and diagnostic imaging.

Amie Machin RVN

Amie has been at the clinic since 1997 when she enrolled on an Animal Care course and gained a BTEC 1st Diploma. She then went on to complete a Pre-veterinary Nursing course followed by NVQ level 2 and 3 to become a fully qualified veterinary nurse.

Amie runs weight clinics at the practice and is taking further courses to gain more experience in the area of nutrition.

Amie has recently qualified in the A-unit assessor course which enables her to assess and train student VNs. Amie is a qualified Pet health Councillor and is planning to complete a surgical/medical diploma.

Janet Carroll VN

Janet has worked at Willow Veterinary Clinic since 1997. She completed her NVQ level 2 and 3 in 2002 and became a fully qualified veterinary nurse. She has since completed a D32/D33 qualification, which enabled her to assess and train student veterinary nurses.

Janet has a veterinary nurse certificate in dentistry and runs free of charge dental clinics at the clinic where everyone is welcome.

     
 
Claire Tomkinson Student VN

Claire has been working here since April 2007. She is currently studying for her Animal Nursing Assistant qualification, which will enable her to go on to study as a veterinary nurse.

     
   
Lisa Hawkins Student VN

Lisa has been working here since May 2005. Lisa successfully gained her ANA a qualification and is now studying for her veterinary nursing qualification and has just recently passed her NVQ Level 2 exams.

     
 
Louise Errington Receptionist

Louise has been with us since August 2007. Louise takes part in all reception duties such as answering the telephone, taking orders and communicating any information to the appropriate members of staff. Louise is also on hand to help the veterinary surgeons or nurses when needed.
